There are a lot of great options for camera straps on the market at the moment, but the rope-style strap is currently making a serious comeback. The latest stylish entry into that market space comes from a collaboration between Leica and European company COOPH. The Rope Strap comes in four different colorways, all of which are actually very nice looking.

The strap comes in both 100cm and 126cm lengths and is made from the same type of rope used in rock climbing. The ends are made from Italian leather, and it uses either metal rings to hold onto the camera. The branding is understated from both brands, which is nice, even though the straps themselves are rather loud in color (except for the black option, of course).

The straps cost 65 Euro, plus overseas shipping, so they’re not the cheapest option, but you clicked on a product post with the word “Leica” in the title, so you likely weren’t expecting a bargain anyway. If you have a Leica store or retailer in your area, you can check there about availability.
