Earlier this week the iPhone Photography Awards (IPPAwards) announced the winners of their eighth annual iPhone-only photography contest and the results across the 17 categories are stunning.
Thousands of entries came from photographers in over 70 countries this year, which was narrowed by a jury to 54 winners. If only my instagram feed was choked with images as spectactular as these.
The IPPAwards were launched in 2007, the same year as the iPhone, and is the oldest iPhone Photography contest. Photographers may submit work taken with an iPhone, iPad or iPod, processing is allowed, but only if it’s done using an IOS app.
