Pentax has just released a minor firmware update for the Pentax K-30 DSLR. The new firmware is version 1.01 and provides tweaks to both autofocus and general performance. Pentax hasn't released a great deal of information about what's new, simply saying the update has:
Improved performance of contrast
AF Improved stability for general performance.
To apply the update, you need to download an installer from the link above, and load it onto a formatted, blank memory card, and then run the update from within the camera.
