The Glass Limo backpack is a bag designed specifically for carrying oversized lenses, like a 600mm f/4, or a 500mm f/4 attached to a pro body. Set to debut in November with a $195.75 sticker price, the Glass Limo meets airline size restrictions so you can keep your super expensive glass on hand while traveling. While specifically designed for long glass, you can reconfigure the internal structures to handle a standard shooting kit, and use modular accessories to beef up how much it can carry.
Think Tank has also added two larger sizes to the Retrospective line. The Retrospective 40 will set you back $210.75, and has space for two pro bodies, 3-6 lenses, and a 13-inch laptop. The even larger $239.75 Retrospective 50 carries the same number of bodies and lenses, but has space for a 15-inch laptop instead. Both of the pair are long enough to house a body with a 70-200 f/2.8 lens. The Retrospective line of bags feature adjustable dividers, rain covers, and “Sound Silencers™ to turn off the front flap hook and loop for silent operation.”
