Working for National Geographic is an ambition (and often a pipe dream) for many photography enthusiasts, so when we get a chance to hear from a member of their photography pool, it's always interesting and inspiring.
Martin Schoeller is a famous portraits photographer who has shot for the Geographic and recently participated in their National Geographic Live! series of talks, which can be found on Youtube.
There's not a ton of technical information in the talk, but it's interesting to get some perspective on his photography from the man himself. He has such a recognizable style.
Have you ever dreamed of being a Nat Geo photographer? if so, what assignment would you love to have for them?
