Some of the coolest tools in Adobe Photoshop Elements are the oldest. Take, for example, the fun and powerful impressionist Brush. Hidden beneath the normal Brush tool in the toolbar, you can use it to make a photograph look like a painting quickly and with a good deal of control. Set your brush’s size in the Options Bar: Try a big one for the background or make it small to retain more detail in your subject. As you paint, your picture’s colors are automatically blurred and smudged as if they were liquid color.
