cropped image

Collin Dow submitted this image taken with a Nikon D40X, with an exposure of 1/800 sec at f/1.8, ISO 100, with a -1 exposure compensation. Great use of depth of field, backed up by the lighter background allowing tack sharp detail to stand out.  A different crop would strengthen the image, crop a little off the right leaving the rusty post to frame that side and off the bottom just below the area that is coming into focus. This crop will move the in focus area out of the center of the frame and will alleviate the distracting area bottom left.
