Your Photo: Our Critique

Ramesh Raja submitted this image taken with a Canon 40D with a Canon 100mm macro lens, with and exposure of 1/250 sec at f/11, ISO 400. This photo was taken with on camera flash set to aperture priority. The fine detail is very nice and the flash is not overpowering the scene, which can happen very easily with macro.

The plant stalk frames the snail and the aperture setting of f/11 ensures the focus on the stalk and snail is sharp.
