Hans de Ru submitted this image taken with a Bronica ETRSi, a medium format camera with film.  Hans captured this genuine moment while in Vietnam.  The innocence of the children comes through beautifully.  They are positioned nicely, creating a visual triangle as the flow of the image keeps the viewers attention in the frame.  The girls seem oblivious to the camera with the exception of the one eye which actually grabs your attention.  It is tightly cropped on three of the four sides, leaving the image unbalanced.  Either leave a little empty space on the top and left or crop the right side of the frame in.  Black-and-white is a good choice for this photo.
