Julie Kenward submitted this photo of the Bloch Building in Kansas City taken with a Canon 40D with an exposure of 1/50 sec at f/5 with an ISO of 1250 and a focal length of 34mm.  She chose to photograph it at night because the photoelectric cells illuminate the building from the inside. I think the building looks really cool and it’s an interesting photo. My main concern is the noise in the sky. Shooting at a lower ISO with a slower shutter speed could help this problem. Also, using a tripod or image stabilized lens or camera would allow for a slower shutter speed. You can also use the noise reduction filter in Photoshop while editing.
