Your Photo: Our Critique

Barry Cronin submitted this image taken with a Olympus 510 at 1/320sec, f/7.1, ISO 100., It would be nice to see more of the cannon and more details of the person. The smoke is blocking so much of the scene, I am left wondering what some of the earlier frames might look like as they began firing the cannon. The photo does give a feel for what firing cannons would look like.

Placing the cannon and soldier in the left corner and looking into the frame works for composition.
