The positions of the band members are aesthetically pleasing creating a nice triangle and the fact that there are five of them is a bonus, often an odd number of people is more interesting than an even number.  The red drum against the royal blue shirt is eye catching coupled with the musicians eye contact you can't help but look at him.  There are so many points of interest to keep the viewer's attention.  Exposure is on target, great job Darin.
