]( Before Crop

Dan Thomas submitted this image taken with a Nikon D300, 1/400sec, f/10, ISO 200. Dan intentionally wanted to show the contrast of the bright yellow flower against the bare tree and drab winter sky of the Canadian highway. The overcast sky is working as a huge softbox lighting the flowers evenly. The crop could be improved by cropping off the bottom with the random piece in the bottom left corner. While you are cropping, play around moving the flowers left and right in the image. I have posted a slightly different crop as a suggestion.
