Art Wolfe and Travels to the Edge has begun airing this fall on public television channels, check your local listings for availability in your area or check here. Art Wolfe has spent the last 30 years traveling the world capturing nature and cultures with his cameras.  Based out of Seattle, Washington Wolfe has published over 60 books. This season Art Wolfe and his team on Travels to the Edge will travel to Japan, Australia, Mali, Antarctica, the Falkland Islands, Brazil, West Africa, New Zealand, Baja, Bhutan, Nepal and India, Mongolia and Iceland.  Episode 11 will be a behind the scenes version of their travels through Bhutan and Nepal.  Wolfe tends to take the path less traveled, capturing photos of the natural beauty of his destinations. Wolfe creates beautiful images with his background in art and his obvious appreciation of nature and the environment.  Travels to the Edge isn't a technique driven show, it is more an opportunity to see the world through a lens and an opportunity to be inspired.  For photography tips  from Art Wolfe visit a site dedicated by Microsoft to Travels to the Edge and for more tips from Art Wolfe and Canon regarding different episodes visit the Canon learning center.
