The two differ in size, but have the same basic concept. They're intended as photo daypacks with a top compartment to act as a backpack and a lower compartment for camera gear. The new twist is that there is a side access panel, so you don't have to take the backpack of to get to your camera body, which can be stored with a lens attached. The Aero Speed Pack 85 can hold pro bodies with integrated vertical grips and can hold a body with a 70-200mm f/2.8 lens attached. It can also hold up to a 17-inch laptop. The Aero speed Pack 75 is meant for bodies without integrated grips and can't tote a laptop.
