**This photo submitted was submitted by Ana Garcia. She admits that she is an amateur. The photo overall is very grainy, probably due to a very high ISO. The composition isn’t great either. If a subject appears to be moving in your photo, make sure you leave room for it to go somewhere. As for the train, placing it more towards to the right side since it’s moving towards the left would have been a better choice. Also, it’s best not the place your main subject smack dab in the middle of the photo. Use the rule of thirds and place it on either the right or left side and top or bottom half. In this case, it would be the right side and perhaps bottom half. Make sure your exposure is correct, and if not you can always make adjustments later. I suggest brightening the highlights and mid-tones in this photo. I would have also like to have seen the same shot in color. Some things work well in black-and-white, and some do not.
