After reading the latest issue, which features yet another set of Photoshop tips, I was all set to complain about how Photoshop-centric your magazine is--how it leads readers to believe that Photoshop is the only viable image editor available, that you MUST have $700 to spend on software to create good photos, that you have to become a CS3 whiz . . . Then it occured to me: perhaps the reason you feature so many how-to articles on Photoshop is that it's such a confusing, clunky, inaccessible program that without all the help, it would be of little use to anyone. So instead, I will be grateful for your frequent reminders that there are much better alternatives available.
