This photo submitted by Cem Filiz, is a common subject. People love to shoot waterfalls with really slow shutter speeds and get this effect. Usually these photos are verticals, so it's refreshing to see a horizontal. However the advantage to shooting vertically is that it elongates the flow of water from the waterfall. One suggestion to improve this photos is to brighten it up a little to make the water pop.
