Ashley Kruso submitted this image she took for a class about working with lighting. Using her Fuji Finepix S900A0, exposure 1/25 sec at f/3.4, ISO100. Ashley set her main light off camera right with a light or reflector behind the model left to give separation between the model and the background and to define the back of her hair. Ashley has done a nice job positioning the model and the lighting is even and smooth. The forehead is a bit hot, but that may be the look she is going for. Using an aperture of f/3.4 has caused the models eye to be sharp but the lizard is soft due to the shallow depth of field. With the lizard making this a unique portrait I would recommend a smaller aperture to keep both the lizard and the model in focus or put the lizard on the same focal plane as the model's eyes.
