Cem Filiz has captured some nice street photography. By using a longer exposure Cem has taken a created a ghost-like image of the man walking by. I wish the face was just slightly more recognizable or that the whole person was more blurred. I can clearly see the jacket, but he almost looks headless. What I do like about this image is the moment captured, and the fact that Cem stepped out of the norm with the longer exposure to get something different. The colors and texture work well, it will probably not show up as well in the small size but there is moss growing on the background wall, the steps have great detail with grain to the actual stone used, the ground is wet and glistening with the light. There is a lot to see in this picture and all of the detail is there. Next time try a few different shutter speeds, longer and shorter than the one-second used in this picture.
