Letter of the Week: Popular Professionals?

I used to get frustrated when your photo contests slowly phased out film for digital. I got over that qualm. But now, 90% of your winners, from month to month, are professional photographers or have something to do with graphic design. These people are already getting paid for there profession. Why do they have to enter a fun, magazine contest ? I don't think the prize money you pay out can compare to what they make on a regular basis.

One Question;
When are you changing the name from Popular Photography to Professional Photography ?
And stop plugging the winner's websites.
