Paradise submitted by Dan Higgins
This photograph has no real subject. The photographer focused on too many things, which becomes distracting to the eye. The swirling lights of the Paradise Pier are the only interesting element. The actual letters of "Paradise Pier" are too blown out, while almost everything else is too dark. There is no detail in the sky or the tress below. The lights on the right side of the photograph are distracting. My biggest suggestion for this photograph is that the photographer should have chosen to shoot from a different location or tried a different subject entirely.
