Where to Go and What to See

If you are into contemporary photojournalism, this week is for you. At the ongoing Magnum Festival, where photojournalism gets its day in the sun, exhibitions open for Alex Webb's recent opus on Istanbul, David Alan Harvey's survey of hip hop's origins and effects, and Thomas Dworzak's M*A*S*H*, from his embed with a military medical corp in Iraq. Plus, in Los Angeles, a show of Chuck Stallard's work revisits his images of the past 20 years of AIDS activism.

Follow the link for details about these and many more exhibits around the country.
