Microsoft Purchases iView Multimedia
Microsoft today has finalized the acquisition of digital asset management (DAM) company iView Multimedia Ltd. iView Multimedia is now a wholly owned subsidiary of Microsoft Corporation. With the acquisition, the iView products and team are also now part of Microsoft. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
