Pentax has been known to make their DSLRs tough, and they've chosen to further emphasize that with their latest addition to the K-series. The body has 81 seals inside and out in order to make it weather, dust, and cold resistant to a temperature of 14-degrees F. Pentax has a reputation for releasing garish variants of their SLRs, but the newest attempt is not only relatively decent looking, but also comes with a special, limited-edition lens. The Silver Pentax K-5 will only be sold through Pentax's webstore for $1,599.95, and will ship out in April, with just 1500 sets produced.

When it comes to making interesting -- and sometimes downright wacky -- looking cameras, Pentax has been at the forefront for some time now. But, their new ILC gets its looks from the brain of renowned designer and artist, Marc Newsom. The result is something pretty unique, especially if you opt for the day-glo yellow colorway. Don't worry, it also comes in black and white.

If you have a top-end pro DSLR or you're just used to using a battery grip on your camera body, then you're familiar with the advantages of having two shutter buttons. But, Pentax has brought that idea to the compact game, giving their new VS20 two buttons for activating the shutter, as well as two zoom switches. There's even a second tripod socket.
