Interchangeable-Lens Compacts

It has been a little while since we heard anything new from Nikon's 1-series interchangeable-lens compacts, but now there's a slightly updated new body and zoom lens as part of the family.

The 24-70mm zoom lens has been a staple for many photographers for a long time. Unless, of course, you're a Micro Four Thirds shooter, in which case you didn't have the option (without doing some adapting.) Panasonic has fixed that, though and they've even given their new zoom optical image stabilization.

Nikon wasn't alone releasing new gear during the graveyard shift last night. Samsung has a trio of new interchangeable-lens compacts, each bringing with it a 20.3-megapixel, APS-C, CMOS sensor. They also now have WiFi, a feature that has worked well for Samsung at the traditional compact level. Here's a quick breakdown of each camera.NX210 (pictured above)
