Fantasea Releases FL18 and FS210 Underwater Housings

Fantasea has introduced a new FL18 underwater housing for Nikon's Coolpix L15, L16, and L18 point-and-shoot cameras, as well as a new FS210 housing for the Coolpix S210. Both housings have a depth rating of 200 feet and feature double coated-brass O-ring seals on all controls, an anti-glare hood for the LCD screen, a removable flash diffuser, and a 46mm lens port ring thread for attaching accessory lenses and filters.

Fantasea has also announced that its existing FD-40X housing is compatible with Nikon's new D60 SLR.

Camera controls that are accessible via the new FL18 and FS210 housings include:

• Camera On/Off
• Shutter Release
• Zoom In/Out
• Shooting Mode
• Playback
• Menu
• Delete
• Timer
• Macro
• Flash
• Exposure Compensation

The new housings are each priced at $245, and come with a year of flood insurance for the camera used with the housing. They will be available in March 2008.
