JAlbum has released version 7.3 of its automatic online photo gallery creation software, and has launched an online hosting service. Signing up for a JAlbum account gives users 30MB of free storage. Upgrades to 10GB and 100GB capacities can be purchased for an annual fee of 20 and 100 Euros, respectively (currently about $28 and $142).
The JAlbum software now offers broader file support so that complete Web sites can be automatically generated, instead of just photo gallery sections. JAlbum 7.3 also fixes some bugs present in previous versions, adds album skins, and improves the user interface with the addition of setting icons.
JAlbum 7.3 is available for free from the company's Web site. It can run on Windows, Mac, and several other platforms.
