Strata has announced three new plug-ins for Adobe Photoshop CS3 Extended. Design 3D, Foto 3D and Live 3D add 3D model-to-photo matching, Raydiosity rendering, spline and subdivision surface modeling, 3D model construction from photographs, and real-time 3D output for the Web and PDF documents.
Foto 3D generates 3D models from photographs, and Live 3D creates real-time interactive 3D content for Web sites and PDF documents. Design 3D includes Strata's match, model and render tools. These allow users to match the perspectives of added 3D content to image perspectives; model, modify and create objects; and compose scenes with customized lighting and shadows, including high-dynamic-range elements.
Each of the plug-ins will be priced at less than $149 and will be available in this spring from Strata's Website.
