Paravue Announces Image-Masking Software

The Turbo Mask Photoshop plug-in provides automatic tools to speed up composite image creation and other tasks that require masking.

Paravue has announced a new automatic image-masking plug-in for Adobe Photoshop. Turbo Mask automatically identifies photo subjects and distinguishes them from backgrounds in order to generate a Photoshop layer mask or alpha channel. Turbo Mask also provides tools for fine-tuning selections and edge detail.

Paravue Turbo Mask will be available in May for $249 on the company's Web site.
