OnOne Software, Inc. is releasing QX-Tools Pro 7, a new update of XTensions available for QuarkXPress. The update is compatible with QuarkXPress 7 and offers several new features and additional enhancements to existing features. QX-Tools Pro 7 is available at a special introductory price of $99.95 through March 31, 2007. After March 31, 2007, QX-Tools Pro 7 will be offered at the regular price of $159.95. Users who purchased the previous version of QX-Tools Pro on or after May 24, 2006 will be entitled to a free download upgrade. Existing users of any version of QX-Tools Pro can upgrade to QX-Tools Pro 7 for only $69.95.
QX-Tools Pro 7 includes the following new features:
- QX-Find-Change – allows users to queue up several find-change commands into a single process.
- QX-SuperSelect – a dis-contiguous selection tool that provides the ability to choose multiple text selections that are not in a single contiguous selection and then perform a change to the selected text.
- QX-Tips & Tricks – provides users with new tips and tricks for QuarkXPress 7 from QuarkXPress Guru, Jay Nelson.
- QX-WYSIWYG – provides users with a “What You See Is What You Get” font menu directly in QuarkXPress 7 enabling users to view fonts in their own typeface.
