Visioneer Unveils OneTouch 9520 Photo Scanner

Visioneer, Inc. has rolled out the Visioneer OneTouch 9520 Photo Scanner. The new OneTouch 9520 is an advanced flatbed scanner said to meet the needs of everyone from amateur photographers to scrapbooking enthusiasts. The OneTouch 9520 Photo Scanner scans photos, negatives and slides up to 4800 x 9600 dpi in 48-bit color. The OneTouch 9520 comes bundled with award-winning software tools to create collages, restore photos, burn photos to CDs, organize your images, make DVD slide shows and manage documents.

"The Visioneer OneTouch 9520 Photo Scanner is the easiest-to-use photo scanner on the market to indulge your creativity," said Bob Scaglia, senior vice president of retail sales at Visioneer. "With one touch of a button, you can burn your images onto a CD, restore old photos or create scrapbooks of special memories."

Visioneer OneTouch technology simplifies the way people use scanners. The OneTouch buttons are pre-configured so users can perform standard scanning tasks out of the box with nothing more than one touch of a button. The buttons are set at the optimal settings for scanning photos or documents such as scan-to-email, scan-to-print and scan-to-archive, so first-time users can start scanning immediately with confidence. Buttons may also be configured to perform custom tasks, so advanced users can quickly and easily customize the scanner for even more power. The Visioneer OneTouch 9520 Photo Scanner also includes a built-in backlight and film holder for scanning transparent media such as 35mm slides or negatives.

Corel Paint Shop Pro X ushers in a new era of photo editing software by putting the power of advanced photo editing into every user's hands, including simplified photo restoration and dust and scratch removal tools. With a revamped user interface featuring a new, integrated Learning Center and Browser palette, Paint Shop Pro X is designed to accelerate learning and increase productivity whether they're a first time photographer or a seasoned professional.
