Eastman Kodak Company today announced the latest addition to its line of consumer digital cameras, with the EasyShare Z710 zoom digital camera. Sporting an impressive 10X optical zoom, sharp picture quality, and a host of performance features, this new model is being touted by Kodak as bridging the gap between value and performance. The secret behind the Z710 camera’s outstanding image quality is the combination of the powerful 7.1 megapixel image sensor and a professional quality Schneider Kreuznach Variogon 10X optical zoom lens, making it simple to zoom and capture crisp shots, as well as make high-quality prints up to 30 x 40 inches. To that, add the exclusive Kodak Color Science imaging processing chip which is said to help capture natural details, accurate skin tones, and breathtaking color.
