Water Colours

This is one of my favourite pictures from this year. While walking in the woods I was not finding anything new. I decided to experiment with in-camera motion.

While pressing the shutter speed I moved the camera in a downwards motion. The result was blur of greens (leaves), whites (sky/sun), and blacks (the trees).

From finding nothing of obvious interest to creating the interest, photography is all about thinking outside of the box and turning the ordinary into some extraordinary.
