I make a calendar every year, and I didn't get out much to shoot anything springish! I took it upon myself to create something bright and colorful for April. I took a daisy from my balcony and started playing with my macro lens and flashes. The dominant light coming down is both incandescent and a flash, and blue is a second flash with a gel. This image even won a ribbon in my camera club that year.
