The Lang Tannery in Kitchener, Ontario is one of the largest industrial buildings in the area. It operated as a Tannery from 1849-1954 originally making leather for saddlers and shoemakers. Recently, the tannery was converted into office space and is occupied by some of today’s leaders in the high-tech industry.
I had the honour of complete access to the Lang Tannery prior to and during the renovations allowing me to capture and preserve the space as it sat for years.
