Storm Treat

Driving home from Death Valley the clouds were dark and wind was blowing. I had stopped several times on the way to shoot the looming storm. As we approached Olancha, the rainbow and magnificent trees came into view. We stopped - and I took several hand-held shots (with image stabilization). I couldn't believe the light - the trees were magnificent. The rainbow was the frosting on the cake
