Screaming Eagle

Traveling up and down Highway 20 a couple hours north of Seattle during December and January is one of the greatest adventures the beautiful state of Washington has to offer. Hundreds of Bald Eagles migrate to the river to feed on the salmon. This beautiful adult bird landed on the highest tree top across the river from me. Just as the rain started to fall the bird started to screech with all his might. The sound and the site of the waterfall behind him still gives me goosebumps.
