My wife, walking beneath trees arched over a trail at Lake Chabot in Oakland, CA. Although it was near noontime, there was little light under the trees. A shutter speed of 1/6 second resulted in some motion blur, very noticeable on her left foot. Handheld. Nikon VR works!
