This is a photo of the LaCygne River or lake(depending on who you ask)in East Kansas. It slowly flows into the power plant a few miles south from where this photo was taken. The foreground subjects are a turtle shell and some rocks. The shell is the size of my palm. I used some spare rocks to tripod my camera and lens to get the ground level point of view I was after. A wide angle lens was used to make the subjects appear larger than they really are. Taken around sunset.
