This was taken at about 7:30AM. I was out walking along the White River in Lakeview Arkansas. In the morning, the river is foggy and everything is covered in frost. As I was standing, looking out to the river, this boat came by. As I was uploading these pictures, I happened to notice that the passenger to the far right was a dog.
