This was taken at the Kansas City Renaissance Festival in 2008. I love seeing the different characters in costume and this lady definitely caught my attention. I was actually standing quite a distance from her and she had been looking elsewhere while I was shooting. I had already taken a couple of shots when she turned and looked right at me as I was snapping this photo.
