This photo was taken in the southern part of Kruger Park where these vervet monkeys beg for food. This momma however was busy with her baby and I spotted her as I was leaving the area. She quickly snatched up her baby and hid in these trees. Her expression was what caught my eye as she held on so tightly to her young one. I love how the colors came out in this photo and the blurred background just emphasizes her expression.
