Photo Painting

The way I made this photograph look like a painting was through careful manipulation of blending brushes in Photoshop as well as a number of brush stroke filters. I've often wondered where you cross the line in editing and it is no longer a photograph but a seperate work of art. I'll let you decide on this one. (I can also provide the original photograph if you'd like...)
