This was taken just before bad weather hit the Delicate Arch. I thought of taking a DIFFERENT picture of the arch. Thus this photo. Soon it was thunder,rain and lightening all over (you can see the storm in the distance)I had to take refuge behind a stone wall near by(the rest of the crowd had left already due to bad weather). The storm lasted about an hour and I decided to hike back down in light rain. It was scary being there alone in that weather, but looking back, it was worth it!
