Reflection of intensity

A friend who owns a gym wanted some shots taken; he's almost 50 years of age and is in outstanding condition. His vacations are punishing cycling trips in the Pyrenees Mountains. I staged this shot to show both his front and back development using the gym mirrors. The trick is to keep myself and my flashes out of the shots. I turned off the ceiling fluorescent lighting and set the white balance for flash.
