A friend has been developing increasingly high fitness levels since starting off to lose some weight and get in shape. Using a white background, and two slaved Canon flashes in soft boxes, with a third diffused flash straight with a reflective umbrella, I was able to get this image. I was using the Canon 85mm prime lens which is incomparable for portrait work in my opinion.
