Fruit Bat

I watched this Fruit Bat visiting a banana tree for a couple of nights before I gathered up enough courage to take a photo of it. The bat swooped at my head anumber of times and I could feel it rush by me but I held my ground and came away with this shot. This was acually shot at night using an external flash. The white background comes from a wall on the other side of the bat.
