We were driving through the 9th Ward in May and were surprised to see so many ruins remained. There were also many clusters of activity returning to the area. It was sad to see so many people have not returned.
I tried to get the infra red effect with a LR preset, however the image as seen here on the contest page looks more muddled than the original.
