Trusting Fawn
By Ella Chedester
I had an amazing experience capturing this moment, just in the forest behind my Grandfather's home. After the buck and does left, I crept in for the picture. This was a huge adrenalin rush for me,the buck had been alerted by my movement. As soon as I took the photo I had to take off, the large buck was staring right at me. I didn't use zoom to take this picture and it was truly amazing to get so close to such a young fawn, without her being frightened and running off.
